Inspectors Plus is a Colorado Springs-based, InterNACHI-certified, veteran-owned home inspection company servicing the Front Range from Castle Rock to Pueblo. Our veteran personnel ensure professionalism and integrity in every inspection.
We offer complete home inspections for homeowners, sellers, and buyers, such as roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Our comprehensive reporting and dedication to excellence provide confidence in real property ownership transactions. Our mission is simple: to give homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals the confidence they need to make informed decisions. At Inspectors Plus, excellence isn’t just a goal it’s our standard.

After a career in the U.S. Army that took me to several countries and through many engineering and construction roles, I developed my keen eye for detail, organization, and safety. With over 13 years of military service and engineering experience behind me, today I bring the same level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence to every home inspection I perform.
Following my service, I co-founded The Fast Agency, a standalone insurance brokerage, with my wife, Wendy. As licensed insurance agents, we formed the company to help individuals and families navigate the often-complex world of insurance. That experience gives me a unique edge on inspections I don't just mark up issues; I tell my clients how those issues may affect coverage, cost, and long-term risk.
I also established the Rogue Veterans Mountain Bike Alliance, a nonprofit that uses the healing benefits of mountain biking to help fellow veterans. I am also on the board of Guardians of Palmer Park and volunteer for regular trail work because I believe contributing to my local community is as important as serving my nation.
Now, as a licensed home inspector, I combine engineering experience, global building experience, and insurance expertise to offer thorough, clear, and dependable inspections. You are a veteran, a first time homebuyer, or a seasoned real estate agent, my goal is to give you the comfort and clarity necessary to make sound, informed decisions.

Local Organizations That We Support
Rogue Veteran Mountian Bike Alliance
Rogue connects veterans and active service members who want to ride with a supportive community that helps them develop their mountain biking skills. We’ve cultivated a strong culture within our group, where members provide mutual support. Whether you need assistance with bike repairs or simply someone to enjoy nature with, we’ve got your back.
Our group is fully self-supported through our partnered bike shop and peer-based coaching. If it’s bike-related, we can assist; if it’s something else, we can help point you in the right direction.

Guardians of Palmer Park
Guardians of Palmer Park (GoPP) began meeting in January 2009. Friends and neighbors inspired by their love for the park and their concerns about the effects of budget cuts for city parks, founded GoPP. After several successful projects, it was decided to set up a nonprofit corporation to support GoPP’s activities.
The organization’s mission is to help maintain Palmer Park’s unique beauty, recreational opportunities, and spirit for the enjoyment of future generations.
Palmer Park is named after General William Jackson Palmer.
